This topic is made in hope that new members can read this, and find out how to do cool things, and use aspects of the forum.

1.Posting

Posting is a huge part of foruming. There are very few members that read forums, and don't post. Though, I've seen it happen before.
To create a new post, find the appropriate section [2] and click the ( Posted Image

) button. Put a topic Title in the first section, a topic description in the second (optional), a poll (optional) [3] and type your text. When done, click the 'Post New Topic' button, at the bottom of the page.

2. Finding the appropriate section

You may have noticed, that on the forum homepage, underneath the topics, there is a small description. Like the one pictured below. Use this, to work out whether or not your post is appropriate to this section.

3. Adding a poll

Polls always seem difficuilt at first. And, infact, they actually are quite tricky. But, once you get the hang of it, and the penny drops, it's easy as cake.
To add a poll, click the link 'Click here to manage this topic's poll'. It'll open a form. Give the poll a title. For instence 'Did you find this topic helpful?'
Now click 'Add poll question'. Example: 'Do I look good in this picture?'. Then click 'add poll choice', and type answers. Examples: 'Yes' 'No' 'Blue'.
Now add poll choice. Then add another Answer. (You're alowed upto 3 answers. When you've finished Click 'add poll choice', or it won't accept the last entry.) Then just leave it, and it'll be attached to your post.

5. Account not working issues.

Scenario one:
I've got a message on screen that says I don't have the right permissions for this feature, everytime I try to log in.
t could be that for some reason your account has been temperarly disabled, or suspended. I suggest you try contacting the forum administrators;
Fox or Coreno.

Scenario two:
I've got a message on screen that says something along the likes of 'Board Disabled'. What does this mean
This means that the forum is being worked on for the time being. This doesn't mean your account has been harmed in anyway, it just means the actual forum board is down.

Scenario three:
It's just not loading, at all.
This could mean the forum is down alltogether. Don't panic, as soon as Eric sees it, he'll have back up ASAP. Patience.

Scenario four:
I just joined and I get an error whenever I try to vote in a poll or view a member's profile.
[b]These two features are unlocked once you get 10 posts. Voting is locked to prevent cheating in contests and member's profiles are locked to prevent spammers from taking contact info.

6. BBCODE Help.

Center tags:
What is does: Centers the text, or image.
Works like: <P ALIGN = CENTER>

What it does: Surrounds the text, in a box, which lets you post code without it having any effect.

[/CODE]

Spoiler:
What it does: Hides the text, to make it only viewed if the reader wishes to view it.

Looks like: [spoiler]This[/spoiler]

Posting Images:
What it does: Embeds an image in the post.
Code: [CODE] [IMG]img url[/IMG]

Looks like: Posted Image

7. Editing my account:

To edit your account you must access the User Control Panel, via the My Controls Link at the top of the page.
From this section, you can add avatars, signatures, and locations and extra info.

8. Replying.

To reply to a topic, simply click the Posted Image

button. Then type your post, and submit. Or use 'Fast Reply' [9]

9. Fast Reply

Fast reply, is just replying to the topic, but without opening the form in a new page.
Simply click the Posted Image

button. And submit.

10. In BBCode, do the tags need to be in capitals?

No.

11. How can I change the text below my avatar, for example I've seen another member's say " ZOMG IT`S MILK".

This is unlocked at 250 posts, and is edited via the 'My Controls' link, at the top of the forum.
