France VFR Flightparis Basepack and Autogenpack.

This is my second review and I decided not to make it an very long one. :)

Overview

I chose for the France VFR Flightparis basepack and autogenpack since I have it for a few months now and I enjoy flying around it very much. It is compitable with FSX and FS9. There are two packs, the basepack and autogenpack and I would recommend buying both of these. It covers a large area in and around Paris, the total area of 12000 km2 (squared) is covered with photoreal scenery. Photo's are taken from the air to create the scenery; all buildings, rivers, and lakes are correctly placed and it includes a lot of popular buildings in Paris like the Eiffel Tower. The scenery is also compitable with any other scenery like Aerosoft LFPG. FPS are good, just a slight drop everywhere. I would say that you should buy this if you fly a lot around, to or from Paris. If you do not fly a lot to or from Paris, than do not consider buying this since both packs add up to an expensive price.

Pro's

- Very detailed nice scenery.
- Good FPS, just a drop of a maximum of 5 fps.
- Compitable with other sceneries to make Paris look even better. ;)
- Covers an large area.
- Very easy to install.
- Reasonably fast load times on my system.
- FS2004 and FSX compitable.

Con's

- It is recommended that if you buy the Basepack you should consider buying the autogenpack as well, you miss out on a lot if you do not have the autogenpack in there and this adds to an expensive price just over the $50,-
- Large download file (around 400 mb in total).

Rating: 4/5 stars

Yes - and I've been to the website a couple of times now. Havn't parted with my cash yet, but it's looking tempting!
