Some shots from the latest hamburger flight. Flown in the Carenado Mooney on FS9 with Ultimate Terrain and Ground Environment Pro. Active Sky Evolution gave some good real world weather enroute. Great to see the return of the hamburger flights to the podcast! Well done!!! Onto the flight...

Great hamburger to a great location. Never flown in this area on flightsim before but there looks to be some great little coastal airports.

It is indeed FS9. Ground Environment Pro and Ultimate Terrain make a huge difference. I used Pablo's HD clouds (seach on Avsim) and his HD grass texture which is on the shot of short final into Dauphin island. I'll upload the bloom settings next time I get on the pc where FS is installed. I found a good post of avsim with some great fs9 config settings which improve the look of things aswell. I'll upload these as well. Thanks for looking. Your shots of the new orbx stuff in the screenshot forum are amazing. One day I'll hopefully get round to FSXing and its high res ground textures! Do you mind me asking your system specs? I'm wondering how well I could run FSX. I'm on an E8600 dual core and 3.66ghz with a nvidia 9800gt.

Kevin, my computer is a little over the top,. it's a core i7 980x overclocked to 4.4 ghz with 2 GTX 480s in SLI.

BUT

if you can overclock your E8600 to 4.0 ghz then you should be able to run FSX very very nicely, I did for a long time. If your graphics card is 1gb then you could also try the BP = 0 tweak.
